I wonder

Let us take a few minutes out of our busy schedule and look at our country, the events occurring with each passing day. The past few days has had our ears repleted with distressing news, which has portrayed that these grounds are brimming with people who value money more than lives. We have seen broadcasts going viral starting from fellow humans getting crushed to public assaults and then enters the political parties who intend to amuse us by displaying the usage of their mental capacity.

We now live in a country where people riot when a lewd public figure is taken into custody, passersby stop to take videos of a public assault but none do care to intervene, people stand up for the other just to escape boredom, where money is valued more than life and have shown that our country is much more than just incredible; it's filled with misery and agony.

It's a world where rich get richer and the poor are still stumbled upon, talks about 'Acche Din' is nothing but a hilarious delusion. A world where each step you take is recorded and compromised for stacks of papers, the value of your life is fated on the property you own and external appearance.

Computers take over this sphere with each passing day, the day is not far where we will be governed by digital intelligence. The government's policy of ripping citizens in the name of tax and there stand the self-proclaimed Godmen drilling holes in their pockets in name of God.

We live in a democratic country where people are not just judged by the caste and religion but also still considered untouchables, with people in power who are experienced grave diggers for those who raise a voice against the wrongs committed. The word 'unity' is just shared on papers and social media; exercising it still stays a fancied mirage.

I wonder if there would be a day, where people stand unjudged, free of caste, united, void of hatred and lust for money.
