If you think you're done with life, you definitely have to read this.

You don't need to pretend that you were never broken in the first place.

They'll all tell you that it gets better, but they fail to mention that being better isn't better right away. Happy isn't quite what you were expecting because the heavy, was a part of you. Take it away, and you will feel empty.
Honey, that's okay.
You're allowed to miss the way your heart ached. You're allowed to miss the hard days. Maybe you've taped all your pieces together now. Take one piece back off if you need to.
You don't need to pretend that you were never broken in the first place.
